BSU Code of Conduct

Boise State University has a code for student conduct. Students who violate this code may have charges filed against them and be subject to a conduct hearing. For more information about this process, please visit the Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities or speak with the Violence Awareness and Response Coordinator at the Boise State Women’s Center.

Idaho Laws

There are laws in Idaho against stalking, sexual assault, and relationship violence. For additional information about state laws visit the Idaho Statutes Home Page. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may make a report to the local police, report to police at FACES, or consult the Violence Awareness and Response Coordinator.

FACES

Family Advocacy Center and Education Services (FACES) is local agency that offers services to victims of stalking, sexual assault, relationship violence, and child abuse. The building is located on the corner of 6th and Myrtle, across from the Flicks movie theater. Available services include: safety planning, court advocacy, protection order assistance, sexual assault forensic examinations, and reporting to police. Stalking documentation bags, 911 phones, and HOPE phones are also available.
